What Personal Data We Process

We process personal data that customers provide to us as part of the configuration and order of the BTMS system, as well as technical data related to the operation of the website:

  • first and last name,
  • email address (collected when entering the configurator and when completing an order),
  • mobile phone number,
  • delivery address (street, city, postal code, country),
  • company name (if provided),
  • order configuration (selected BTMS system parameters – caliber, cartridge chambers, type of electronics),
  • content of messages sent via the contact form or email,
  • technical data related to website visits (e.g. IP address, device type, cookies).

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to inquiries and messages sent through the website,
  • communication with persons interested in products and services,
  • performance of pre-contractual and contractual relationships,
